Spa and Pool at the Hotel

A spa and heated pool after skiing, after snowboarding, or after a challenging summer hike — the body needs to unwind. That’s why we set up a spa complex with a heated pool overlooking the mountains, a jacuzzi and a sauna. You can also book professional treatments as needed. It’s important to note that spa entry is included for guests who book through the Globus Kosher website. Although the complex is also used by other guests, we allocate our Globus Kosher – Keshet Tours guests an hour and a half in the morning and an hour and a half in the evening for fully separate use.

Spa access is included for anyone who books through the Globus Kosher website. Worth knowing: the spa complex is also used by guests outside the kosher department, so it doesn’t run on separate hours around the clock — but Globus Kosher guests are still allocated an hour and a half in the morning and an hour and a half in the evening for fully separate use.

Food and Kashrut at the Hotel

This is where the real difference lies between an ordinary ski vacation and a kosher one that’s genuinely easy to live with. The hotel runs Bereshit Restaurant under mehadrin kosher supervision, certified by Dayan Rabbi Chaim Attias and the Chief Rabbi of Georgia, Rabbi Avimelech Rosenblatt, with a rich, varied buffet-style breakfast and an American-service dinner served to the center of the table: salads, main courses of meat, fish and chicken, hot side dishes and desserts.

Synagogue and Prayer Times

Synagogue and prayer times at the kosher hotel in Gudauri. The hotel provides a well-kept synagogue and set prayer times, so you won’t need to go looking for a minyan in the middle of your vacation.

Shacharit prayer at 07:30, Maariv prayer at 21:00.
