There are two options: when a staff member is available at the hotel at that time, it is possible to receive the kosher food from Café Tamar at the hotel through the staff member. The second option is to enjoy a special discount at Café Tamar and eat directly at the restaurant.

One of Silver Crown’s main advantages for religious guests is its range of Shabbat accommodations. There is a manual side entrance to the lobby, the sensors are switched to Shabbat mode, and the air conditioning continues to operate even when the door or window is opened.
Shabbat-observant guests can receive a mechanical key before Shabbat begins. To receive the key, a deposit of €100, or the equivalent amount in Hungarian forints, is required. When the key is returned after Shabbat, the full deposit is refunded.
During Shabbat, a hot-water urn, coffee, and tea are available for guests, and Shabbat candles may also be lit in the lobby in the designated area.
In addition, as part of a free-loan service and not as part of the hotel’s services, hot plates and hot-water urns may be available free of charge, subject to availability.
